Science Museum Oklahoma has the perfect setting for your next special event. Enjoy hands-on science exhibits, larger-than-life films, planetarium shows and other truly unique settings. The museum is available for daytime or evening rental and can accommodate almost any size group.

Space and Flexibility

Whether your event is a small business seminar or large corporate picnic, Science Museum Oklahoma offers a variety of rental spaces to fit almost any event. Every event is unique, which is why we let you choose it all. From your entertainment to the event setup, we encourage you to think outside the box. You may also choose from one of the museum's caterers to make your event enjoyable for your guests.

Hours

Appointments for event space tours are available Monday through Friday from 9am - 4pm. Call the Event Coordinator at 405.602.3752 or email facilityrentals@sciencemuseumok.org to schedule an appointment.

Catering

Science Museum Oklahoma has an on-site caterer; however, you may choose to use an outside caterer from our Preferred Caterer list. The list includes caterers to fit every budget and every menu preference. Ask your Event Coordinator for the Preferred Caterer list.

Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel a reservation for a Bright Nights, Spring Break or Summer Camp, a full refund will be offered for cancellations made within five business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be given after that time period. To cancel a reservation, please call 405-602-3760.

Science Museum Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel any Bright Night, Spring Break or Summer Camp at its discretion. If any event is cancelled by the museum, the reservation and payment will be transferred to the next available event. If no other event is scheduled, a refund will be issued.

Payment Instructions: All orders must be pre-paid prior to event We accept VISA, and MasterCard. We will also accept a check or money order by mail with prior approval.
