Science Matters Mobile Museum is traveling across Oklahoma bringing dynamic hands-on discovery science experiences to students throughout the state!

What is Science Matters Mobile Museum?
Science Matters is a fully immersive exhibition contained within a 40-foot truck that literally pulls into your parking lot.  Students climb on-board and are transported into an interactive environment with highly engaging exhibits that encourage them to explore, investigate and experiment.

How many will it serve?
The Science Matters visit is customized to ensure students nurture their own sense of curiosity, a necessary and vital element of any budding scientist.  This could be anywhere from a few hours to a full day.  The optimum number of students per session is 25 and it takes approximately 45 minutes to complete the exhibits.
Appropriate Grade Level
Science Matters exhibits are customized for elementary aged students.

A Step Further
In-classroom hands-on programs on a wide range of topics are available to further augment your curriculum goals. Oklahoma Museum Network's high energy inquiry-based teacher workshops can be scheduled to coincide with truck visits and are open to teachers of all grade levels.

Cost Involved
Cost for a Science Matters visit is assessed on an individual basis, determined by school size, location and financial need. Thanks to the generous support of the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation, discounted visits are available to public schools, with additional funding available to schools in target Oklahoma counties.
