DESCRIPTION:Teens are invited to put their investigative skills to the test at Teen Science Café: Case Closed on October 17 from 12pm – 2pm. \nTeen Science Café is led by Science Museum Oklahoma’s second-year Teen Apprentices with guidance from a STEM expert. This hands-on workshop turns teens into forensic investigators. Participants will be using chromatography\, fingerprint analysis\, blood type analysis\, and spatter analysis to examine the evidence\, solve the mystery\, and close the case. \nRashi K. Shukla\, Ph.D.\, professor of criminal justice\, joins us as the guest speaker to share her professional experience as an ethnographer\, author\, and podcast host. \nLunch is provided. The evening concludes with an audience Q&A\, giving guests the chance to engage directly with the artist and a reception featuring light refreshments and the opportunity to explore Spin!
