Magnified Masterpieces
From curving lenses to mighty microscopes, kids experiment with how different tools magnify, shrink, and totally transform what our eyes can see. Then capture the hidden details in a microscope micro-drawing.
Survival Science – Why Traits Matter
From camouflage to claws, kids will uncover the amazing features that help animals survive and thrive in their environments as they design a creature built for a specific habitat. They’ll choose traits that help it hunt, hide, move, or defend itself, then test what happens when the environment suddenly changes.

HomeSchool Days showcase the museum as a learning lab for at-home students! Science Museum Oklahoma’s HomeSchool Days are packed with extra hands-on activities, live shows, and a whole lot of curiosity—no textbooks required.
