Science Museum Oklahoma, Devon Energy, and the Oklahoma City Thunder have teamed up to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and creative thinkers. Devon Thunder Explorers empowers students to look at the world around them with curiosity, wonder, and a STEAM-focused mindset.
Created by Science Museum Oklahoma’s educators and aligned with academic standards, each activity encourages students to experiment, explore, and think outside the box. From engineering challenges to physics in action, every lesson connects science with real-world fun.

Each month, four teachers will be selected to receive $500 for their classrooms. To be eligible for the prize drawings, you must upload photos of your students engaging in the Explorers activities at okcthunder.com/explorers-photos. Winning classrooms will be notified by the second week of the following month.
