STEAM Live

Bringing Science to Students Across Oklahoma

Not every class or school in Oklahoma can take a field trip—but that doesn’t mean they should miss out on the spark of science.

STEAM Live takes Science Museum Oklahoma on the road, delivering high-energy, in-person science demonstrations directly to schools. These assembly-style presentations are designed to ignite curiosity, show real-world connections to science, and encourage students to imagine new possibilities for their future. With audience participation and hands-on elements, each program blends learning with fun.

Reaching 50,000 Students and Counting

In the last year, we brought STEAM Live to 125 Title 1 Schools across Oklahoma, reaching over 54,000 students. Many of these schools are in rural or underserved areas. For a lot of students, this was their first time seeing science come alive outside of their classroom.

We’d like to reach even more—but we can’t do it alone.

Sponsor STEAM Live

With your support, we can bring STEAM Live to more communities across the state. A sponsorship helps cover travel, supplies, and staffing to make sure schools never have to foot the bill. More importantly, it helps make sure students don’t miss out—especially those in areas where opportunities like this are rare.

Together, we can bring science to students—wherever they are.
