From backyard bugs to nighttime creatures, we’ll discover where animals hide, what they do in the rain, and how plants grow in surprising ways. Examine the tiny patterns in leaves, dissect flowers, build cozy toad houses, and even visit our fishy friends in the Oceanarium. With hands-on exploration and outdoor adventures, campers will see just how wild—and wonderful—our world can be!

Fizzy, Foamy Science Adventures

You don’t want to miss out on a single bubble in this high-energy, hands-on camp all about foam! From fluffy shaving foam to wild polyurethane reactions, fizzy eruptions to bubble foam waterfalls, we’ll explore the science behind all things foamy and fizzy. Think seafoam, soaring suds, and slippery, squishy experiments that expand, pop, and pour. It’s all the foam, all the bubbles, all the time—and it’s going to be a blast!

The Age of Engineering

Travel way, way back in time—before da Vinci and Archimedes—to uncover the origins of machines! From massive ancient inventions to miniature marvels, we’ll explore how simple mechanisms have shaped the world. Experiment with levers, pulleys, wheels, and ramps to discover how early inventors used simple ideas to solve big problems. Then put your creativity to the test as you design and build your own mechanical masterpiece. Step into the Age of Engineering and discover the science that keeps the world moving!
