Whiskey gets the experimental treatment at The Barrel Formula, the second installment of our fall Spirit Labs series. Discover the chemistry behind aging, the biology of fermentation, and the flavorful surprises hidden in every barrel. It is a night of conversation, exploration, and community, with all proceeds directly supporting science education at Science Museum Oklahoma.

Activities will include:

• Learn about the smoke used in the bourbon making process
• Calorimetry
• Wood Burning
• And so much more!

VIPs can experience more with early entry (6:30pm) and additional activities for $100.
