You may remember the Apollo 13  mission or even have seen the critically acclaimed movie, now you can hear from one of the men that lived through the historic event.  In addition to his numerous awards and accomplishments, Astronaut Fred Haise served as the Lunar Module Pilot on the aborted Apollo 13 mission where he and his fellow astronauts ultimately spent 142 hours and 54 minutes in space, much of that time spent problem solving a safe return back to Earth.

Haise and co-author Bill Moore will be on hand for a special VIP luncheon as well as for an afternoon public book signing. Ticketed VIP event guests will receive a signed and personalized copy of “Never Panic Early” by Haise and Moore.
