Teachers, bring the universe to your classroom.
If you can't come to the Kirkpatrick Planetarium, we'll bring the planetarium to you! Using our state-of-the-art technology, we are now offering teachers an interactive virtual “Journey Through the Cosmos” planetarium show. Contact us to learn more about custom programs and what we can do to bring the universe into the hands of your students!
During this live presentation, we will look into the night sky as you and your class choose your own adventure and journey through the cosmos. We will also tailor your show to cover any specific topics or Academic Standards. No two trips will be exactly the same!
Our live, virtual shows are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12-3 p.m. Each show will be 30 minutes long. Virtual planetarium shows are $30 and limited to 50 students. To participate in the interactive aspect of the show, both teachers and students must be logged into a YouTube account.
