We know not everyone wants to wait until midnight, so we're starting the party early! Join us for great activities as we count down to NOON and we'll celebrate the New Year with bubbles, noisemakers and a grand parade! Come early and spend the morning making your float - we'll even provide supplies. Family-friendly costumes are encouraged to add to the fun!
